My Journey to Coaching
My experiences and challenges deeply influenced my path to becoming a coach. Growing up as an adoptee, I faced feelings of unworthiness and struggled to find my place in the world. These challenges set me on a journey of self-discovery, leading me to embrace resilience, self-compassion, and authenticity as core elements of my life and work.
After working in various roles, including project management and transformational leadership, I realized that my true passion lay in helping others overcome their challenges. The turning point came when I understood that extraordinary transformations happen from within. This realization fueled my desire to become a coach and empower others to break free from the limitations holding them back.
Why I Became a Coach
I became a coach because everyone has untapped potential waiting to be discovered. My mission is to guide mid-career professionals through their unique challenges and help them create a life that aligns with their deepest values and aspirations. I combine my experiences with proven coaching methodologies to help clients achieve meaningful and lasting change.
Coaching Philosophy
My coaching philosophy is rooted in authenticity, empowerment, and growth. I believe in creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for my clients where they can explore their true desires, overcome obstacles, and develop a clear path to achieving their goals. Through the Quantum WOOP Program, I help clients transform their lives by shifting their mindsets and taking actionable steps toward their desired future.
Beyond Coaching
Outside of coaching, I am passionate about exploring new experiences, whether hiking in nature, traveling to new destinations, cooking, or engaging in continuous learning. These interests bring me joy and inspire my coaching practice, allowing me to connect with clients on a deeper level and tailor my approach to their unique needs.
